What we collect

• What you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you choose to give one, and the content of any message you send us.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and how you reached our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

• To take, process, ship and support your order.
• To answer your emails and handle refunds and guarantees.
• To send marketing emails when you have asked for them — you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To understand how the store is used, so we can improve it.

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (orders and support), on the basis of your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), on the basis of our legitimate interest (fraud prevention, improving the store) and to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax records).

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the store: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers and analytics providers. They may only use the data to perform their service for us. We also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for up to 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@norseorganicseu.co and we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

If you live in California, you may request the categories of personal information collected, ask for deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share it — without being treated differently for exercising those rights.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store and the cart, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store still works, but parts of it may not.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
